    Algum produtor usa pipas menoroes, para onde ele pode transferir o vinho restante quando ele completou as outras pipas? Ou uma regra sempre ter o vinho na pipa do mesmo volume, mesmo que meio cheia?
    Eu faria assim, com pipas da mesma idade. Imagino que o envelhecimento nao seria o mesmo, mas a diferenca seria menor do que adicionar um vinho novo (outra safra) ou um vinho muito mais oxidado.

      Bom ponto Manuella, mas h muito poucas pipas de menor dimensao. quase tudo de entre 550 e 650 litros.
