Making white Port Wine this afternoon – check the video when we’re adding the brandy

Hoje estivemos a fazer Vinho do Porto branco. As uvas que colhemos durante o fim-de-semana transformaram-se num mosto saudável e aromático durante os últimos dias, o qual estava pronto a ser fortificado. Estamos a pensar seguir a sugestão de Andy Velebil, em relação ao envelhecimento do nosso Porto branco de 2009. Ele diz que adora Colheitas! Obrigado Andy! Veja o vídeo no momento em que estávamos a adicionar a aguardente. Estava muito barulho na adega… desculpe!

    Definitely Yashar, Taylor is a very nice and kind child. I hope we can make another video with her decanting a bottle, this time a Quevedo one, at the time of her very first visit to our cellar! I have to propose this to her father!!

    Oscar, Cool video. This is the first time that I can recall ever seeing a video of when the brandy is added. Oh, and thanks for taking into consideration my suggestion. I do love aged White Colheita's, as rare as they may be at the moment. andy
