I’m no winemaker, but don’t you hate it when your wines get stuck in Customs for months on end?

Something similar that sometimes happens to us is the long time it takes to deliver some small orders from individuals customers, like a case of bottles, we use to send through express mail. First the Customs don’t want to release it. Then the local deliverer doesn’t recognize the address. And sometimes the client fairly complanes about the service…

Or how about when your warehouse delivers samples of highly prized Quevedo Port wines to the wrong people in the wrong state? I REALLY hate that!
