This Gin project fell naturally in our hands. It was so logical to express another personality of the Douro with this new project. The first day you take a walk in the Douro, you are struck by its beauty and wildness, you can't be indifferent to it. This is exactly what we wanted to do with our Gin Selection. You are always very welcome to visit us for a walk in the Douro for an immersive experience of its diversity.

We kept the infusion simple but aiming for quality and purity. The idea was to put the native juniper (zimbro) in the forefront and surround it with the fresh and complex aromas of lemon verbena, mint, rosemary and a zesty touch of orange or lemon depending on the blends. As a Port producer, we also love to play with the options around so we decided to add a few drops of Pink Port to our Wild Herb Edition and also experimenting with Gin aged in Port barrels creating a Cask Matured amber Dry Gin.
  • Prime Edition - Made from the infusion of the most characteristic aromatic herbs we can find on our farms in the Douro region. In the cold December, the selected botanicals are carefully harvested to extract the purest flavors and aromas from the Douro.
    Combine with tonic water, a little bit of Porto Rosé, some pink pepper berries and a lemon zest for a refreshing drink. 700 ml
  • Wild Herb & Orange Edition - Made from the infusion of the most characteristic aromatic herbs we can find on our farms in the Douro region. Its pink color is obtained through the addition of a few drops of our Rosé Port.
    Combine with tonic water, some pink pepper berries and a grapefruit slice. A toast to the Douro! 700 ml
  • Cask Mature Edition - Made from the infusion of the most characteristic aromatic herbs we can find on our farms in the Douro region. We only use the purest distilled grain alcohol for our infusion. The resulting Gin is then aged for 18 months in old Port oak casks until it reaches its optimum maturity.
    Drink with an ice cube and an orange zest.  700 ml
