Quevedo in Porto & Douro Wine Show

This week Quevedo is heading south, but just a little bit, to Lisbon, the capital of Portugal. Between the 22nd and the 23rd of November, this is, from Saturday to Sunday, will take place in Convento do Beato the Porto and Douro Wine Show. This event is being co-promote by the Douro and Port Wine Institute and by Essência do Vinho.

I think this will be a great opportunity to meet again with the wine lovers from Lisbon, to meet some wine bloggers, mainly Portuguese and definitively, to taste and evaluate the most recent launches from Douro wineries!

So if you are reading this and you have not yet your week-end program complete, please come to Convento do Beato to meet Quevedo and to taste our and other wines from Douro. It is a very good opportunity and you must participate.

    The owner was too generous to show us all the facility and explain their traditional family originated business even though there was renovation and late hour. It was very touching for us because we didn't have time to see and we were going to leave without visiting a wine cellar. Thanks for making it possible and taking all the time to explain. This wine is absolutely the product of desire and hardship...
